Case Work — Participant Agreement

Case Works uses a peer to peer, mutu­al aid mod­el to facil­i­tate access, strength­en net­works, and build com­mu­ni­ty. By using this plat­form, all par­tic­i­pants agree to the fol­low­ing Code of Con­duct:

  • We are here to lis­ten, engage, and sup­port each oth­er with care and integri­ty. We will respect the pri­va­cy and dig­ni­ty of our peers, and hon­our their rights, beliefs, and per­son­al val­ues.
  • Any guid­ance or infor­ma­tion pro­vid­ed is based on shared lived expe­ri­ences, and should not be con­sid­ered legal or a pro­fes­sion­al ser­vice.
  • Ses­sions on the Case Works plat­form shall be held in utmost con­fi­dence. We will not exploit the peer rela­tion­ship to our advan­tage or the advan­tage of oth­ers, and will not divulge any infor­ma­tion shared in a Case Works meet­ing with­out clear and cur­rent con­sent of the oth­er par­ty.
  • We acknowl­edge that if mis­takes are made and harm is caused, that we will hold our­selves and each oth­er account­able.

Feed­back:

To ensure the respon­sive­ness and account­abil­i­ty of Case Works a feed­back form will be pro­vid­ed, by email, after each ses­sion, an anony­mous form will also be avail­able. Feed­back will be read by MANO staff who will fol­low up on com­plaints with­in sev­en days. Com­plaints regard­ing MANO staff will be exam­ined by the MANO BOD who will fol­low up with­in sev­en days.
