Human-Environment Care Film Festival(HECFF)

Human-Envi­ron­ment Care Film Festival(HECFF) is an annu­al free sub­mis­sion film fes­ti­val, under cov­er of a non-for-prof­it orga­ni­za­tion that aimed human-envi­ron­ment, human rights, envi­ron­men­tal issues, and the coro­n­avirus and new world. This fes­ti­val has a side sec­tion about the flight PS752 Ukraine’s vic­tims that artists can par­tic­i­pate by send­ing their films, music videos, orig­i­nal pieces of music, and still pho­tos and cartoons.
