Fall 2019 Roundtables and Community Consultations

This fall MANO staff with be trav­el­ing around the province to host a series of Media Arts round­ta­bles and to meet with mem­bers as well as oth­er com­mu­ni­ty stake­hold­ers. We are inter­est­ed in learn­ing about each community’s cur­rent chal­lenges and oppor­tu­ni­ties as we as dis­cussing issues such as fund­ing and build­ing col­lec­tives and organizations.

The pub­lic round­ta­bles will pro­vide an oppor­tu­ni­ty for indi­vid­ual media artists and emerg­ing or estab­lished orga­ni­za­tions and col­lec­tives to come togeth­er and dis­cuss the field with­in the region, along with col­lec­tive solutions.

One-on-one meet­ings will pro­vide those inter­est­ed with an oppor­tu­ni­ty to con­sult on spe­cif­ic per­son­al or orga­ni­za­tion­al cir­cum­stances.
