MANO-RAMO and Near North Mobile Media Lab are pleased to announced the title for the 2019 Media Arts con­fer­ence: COLD WATERS Sym­po­sium & Media Arts Fes­ti­val, tak­ing place June 12–15, 2019 in North Bay, ON. See the con­fer­ence website.

As part of the event we have three excit­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties for the media arts com­mu­ni­ty to par­tic­i­pate in the Sym­po­sium and Fes­ti­val programming.

  1. Call for Sub­mis­sions for Work­shops, Events & Dis­cus­sions Dead­line March 15th, 2019. Open to all artists and cul­tur­al work­ers at all stages of their career.
  2. Call for Sub­mis­sions for Screen­ings and Sound Art Events Dead­line April 1st, 2019. Open to all North­ern Ontario artists at all stages of their career
  3. Call for Sub­mis­sions for Remote Stu­dio Talks Dead­line April 1st, 2019. Open to North­ern Ontario artists at all stages of their career.
