MANO-RAMO is please to invite the general public to the launch of OTHER PLACES Reflections of Media Arts in Canada, edited by Deanna Bowen.
In order to celebrate the publication of the book, MANO-RAMO is organizing a series of screenings, talks and opportunities to gather in Toronto. The Launch Event will take place at the Art Gallery of Ontario’s Jackman Hall from November 21st to 23rd, 2019. A full schedule of activities will be released early November 2019. Stay tuned!
The book will be available for sale starting November 21st, 2019 at the Launch Event and through MANO’s online store.
This is one of the 200 exceptional projects funded through the Canada Council for the Arts’ New Chapter program. With this $35M investment, the Council supports the creation and sharing of the arts in communities across Canada.
